This Refund Policy applies to all course fees paid for Raybit Trainings programs. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
Submitting the enrollment form on our website does not involve any payment. Reserving your seat is free — our team confirms your batch and answers your questions before any fee is collected.
All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to a change of mind, inability to attend classes, or dissatisfaction with the pace or format of the program. We encourage you to ask any questions and, where available, attend a free demo class or counselling session before paying, so you can make an informed decision.
If you are charged in error or make a duplicate payment for the same seat, contact us immediately and we will correct the error and refund any amount paid in excess of what was actually owed.
If Raybit Trainings cancels a batch or is unable to deliver a program you have paid for, we will offer you a seat in an alternative batch or program of equivalent value, or a refund of the fees paid for that program, at our discretion.
