These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raybit Trainings website and your enrollment in any Raybit Trainings program. By submitting an enquiry, reserving a seat, signing up for a free demo class, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
Raybit Trainings is the career-training division of Raybit Technologies, offering practical, project-based training programs in Digital Marketing, WordPress Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Full Stack Web Development.
Our programs are intended for individuals seeking to build or advance a career in the relevant field. There is no formal educational prerequisite unless stated otherwise for a specific program.
Program durations, curricula, and monthly fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrollment. Raybit Trainings reserves the right to revise fees or curricula for future batches; students already enrolled in a batch will be notified of any change affecting them.
Class schedules are flexible. Batch timing and mode (Online or Hybrid) are confirmed with each student after enrollment, based on availability.
Free demo classes are currently offered only for Digital Marketing Diploma programs, subject to availability and scheduling. For other programs, students may book a free counselling session instead. Raybit Trainings may modify or discontinue the demo class offer at any time.
Programs that include an internship provide hands-on work experience on real client or agency projects, along with resume building, mock interviews, and job interview preparation. Internship placement and career support are provided on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a guarantee of employment or income.
Certificates (course completion, project experience, internship, and letter of recommendation, as applicable to your program) are issued only upon satisfactory completion of the relevant program requirements, at the sole discretion of Raybit Trainings.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students, and refrain from any form of harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of course materials. Raybit Trainings reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any student who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
All course materials, curricula, and resources provided during training remain the intellectual property of Raybit Trainings and are for your personal learning use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Raybit Trainings makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, high-quality training but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including job placement, income, or certification results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raybit Trainings is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our programs or website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
